In my work, I offer a holistic form of coaching that works with the whole human being: your thoughts, emotions, energy, body and identity. These layers are deeply connected and together form who you are at your core — your essence.

When these parts are in balance, life tends to flow more naturally. When they’re not, you may experience resistance, confusion, recurring patterns or a sense that something is holding you back without quite knowing why.

The methods I use are a mix of systemic work, inner child work, intuitive guidance, body-based trauma work, and the Wielwerk® method. These approaches come from various trainings I have completed over the years, which you can find listed in full here.

I find creating a safe environment very important because I believe that this is key to bringing about change and transformation.

Reading

Everything is energy

During an intuitive reading, I connect with your energy field, which consists of your body, thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and patterns. Through this connection, I receive intuitive images and sensations that reflect what is currently happening in your inner world

A reading offers a loving mirror. It helps you recognise your patterns, strengths and challenges, and it shows you how you interact with the world around you. When you become aware of these patterns, you gain the opportunity to shift them and to create new possibilities.

Each session is held in a non-judgmental, compassionate space where everything is allowed to be as it is. I simply tune in and share what I see. Often this is a little movie which symbolically reflects your inner world. The visual language of the reading can be very powerful and transformative.

An intuitive reading is not coaching. It does not tell you what to do, but it offers you a better understanding of who you are, what you need, and gently guides you home to yourself.

My approach

I work both online and from my home, where sessions take place in my living room. Occasionally, my cats may make an appearance and offer some emotional support. If you’re not a fan of cats, they’re perfectly capable of entertaining themselves elsewhere. And if you’re allergic to cat hair, an online session is probably the best option for you.

In my work, I bring together professional training, personal life experience, intuition, and a sense of humor. I place great importance on creating a warm, non-judgmental and loving atmosphere, where you can feel safe to be yourself and explore whatever comes up.

Sessions are available in English, Dutch, and slightly funny-sounding German.
